Schertler Onorato Mead & Sears is pleased to announce that on April 1, 2021, Amy Conway-Hatcher joined the firm as a partner.
Ms. Conway-Hatcher is an accomplished white-collar defense attorney and former federal prosecutor whose practice focuses on corporate internal investigations, crisis management, corporate compliance matters, and defending corporate and individual clients in criminal and civil enforcement matters. Ms. Conway-Hatcher has broad experience assisting companies in the United States and abroad to identify, manage, and remedy compliance issues across a wide range of substantive areas, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, securities and antitrust law, and whistleblower and employment matters. Ms. Conway-Hatcher regularly advises clients on crisis management planning as well as compliance and risk assessment issues related to matters with potentially significant media coverage. Ms. Conway-Hatcher also serves as the Special Counsel to the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure.
