Brooke Rink joined Schertler Onorato Mead & Sears in 2023 as an associate. Before joining the firm, Ms. Rink clerked for the Criminal Division Senior Judges in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
EXPERIENCE
As a student attorney in the George Washington University Law School’s Prisoner and Reentry Clinic, Ms. Rink represented a client in a motion for compassionate release in federal district court.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Schertler Onorato Mead & Sears, Ms. Rink was a judicial law clerk to the Criminal Division Senior Judges in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 2021 to 2023.
Ms. Rink is a 2021 graduate of George Washington University Law School, where she was a published member of the Federal Communications Law Journal, as well as a student attorney in the Prisoner and Reentry Clinic. While in law school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
Ms. Rink earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
